Please be aware of the following policies.

LATENESS:
Please notify me if you are going to be late. If I am not notified within the first 15 mins of the lesson I will not be able to teach you that day and you will still have to pay. Thank you.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please cancel more than 24hrs in advance of your lesson. If you cancel within 24hrs I will still need to charge you for the holding of your slot to protect my income. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENT:
Please be aware that your first lesson with me will be free. After that it will be £35ph. Please make your payments via direct bank transfer to the following details.
